Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Goods: Items offered for sale on our Service.
- Orders: A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service: The Website.

- You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason. The cancellation period ends 7 days from the date you received the Goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us via a clear statement. You can notify us by email at info@yesgears.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
- The Goods have all original tags attached.
Please note: If you remove the tag of any product and return it to us, we will not accept the return or replace the product.
Additionally, if a product is returned without its original tags, it will not be sent back to you until a penalty fee of ₹500 is paid.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
